Any parts or accessories ordered or supplied incorrectly can be returned within 7 days of receipt or cancelled . Cancellations must be sent in writing . Any returned or cancelled items should be returned to us in unused resaleable condition . The customer will be responsible for any return carriage costs.
All used Motorcycles will be sold as described without warranty or guarantee as to their ongoing condition. Viewing is advised prior to purchase to determine the condition and suitability to your needs as opinions may differ. Any used Motorcycle purchase made without prior viewing will be done so in the acknowledgement that you waive any rights under the distance selling regulations .
All new motorcycles will be supplied taxed and registered to the person specified by the customer. They will be custom assembled according to individual requirements and you should be aware that such orders are exempt from distance selling regulations . Therefore we recommend viewing prior to order as all sales are final. Any new Motorcycle purchase made without prior viewing is done so in acceptance of these terms . All new motorcycles sold at full RRP will include PDi & delivery. All new package deal Motorcycles are supplied on the understanding they will require some final assembly,set up and inspection before use. This work should be carried out by a qualified person. All new motorcycles will be supplied with a basic warranty covering major mechanical failure . It does not cover serviceable items , for example , brake linings ,cables , tyres ,chains, sprockets, filters etc . The warranty is limited to parts only and is subject to returning the faulty part for inspection . The customer will be responsible for any return carriage costs. Notification of any warranty issues should be made in writing. You may invalidate your warranty if PDI (assembly & set up ) is not carried out by a qualified person . Our machines are trail orientated and intended for use both on and off road . We cannot forsee or advise on fitness for purpose as opinions may differ. It is the customers responsibility to decide that their purchase is fit for the purpose for which they intend to use it. The basic warranty period is provided free for thirty days in order for you to be satisfied that the machine was supplied fault free. Extended warranties are available for up to 2 years. The warranty does not cover offroad use .
